If you’re a voluntary coach aged 16-25 we want to hear from you!

The Rapid Descent Young Leaders programme is designed for people aged 16-25 to gain affordable coaching, leadership and safety qualifications as well as the prerequisite skills. Young upcoming paddlers are so essential for the sport to continue to grow and develop. We don’t want the cost of getting qualified to put young people off so this programme offers up to 50% off course costs.
